I graduated from a six month Culinary Arts Program through San Diego Continuing Education Program.
I have worked at Five Guys Burgers and Fries and Corner Bakery Cafe. I am currently employed as a cook at Poway Irish Pub in Poway, California.
I have completed a crash course in bar tending.
I am a novice home brewer.
I am an avid runner and a member of the Seven Continents Club. I have run half marathons on two continents, North America and Asia, and I am running a half marathon in South Africa this year.
