Personal bio
I have experience in the brewing and retail side of the beer industry. I also run private beer and food pairing events. My education includes the completion and certification in the WBA Advanced Brewing Theory Program from the Siebel Institute of Technology.
My brewing experience includes working at a 30 bbl brewery in New York as well as being an award winning home brewer.
On the retail side, My experience includes working at a bottle shop that carries over 2600 different beers from around the world, including a growler/ crowler station of 22 beers on tap. Responsibilities included opening and closing duties , customer assistance, keg transportation, filling crowlers/ growlers, inventory, and receiving.
