I was a homebrewer for 10 years and a BJCP Certified judge. I've been in the food service industry for 25 years and love teaching others about beer styles and pairing beer with food. I have designed and taught beer style and upselling programs to approximately 100 staff at Fuel and Fuddle, Burgatory, East End Brewing Company, and Levity Brewing Company.
