Briony Liebich

A dynamic sensory analyst with 17 years of hands-on experience in the beer, wine and food industries. Working with some of the country’s best known and loved food, beer and wine brands, my experience includes managing brewery sensory programs, leading tasting and shelf-life sensory sessions and supporting brewery quality control. With my experience in organising beer and wine tasting events and judging at various Australian food and beverage awards, I offer tasting experiences for small groups in private or corporate settings. I provide services to the brewing and hospitality sectors to improve the quality and consistency of products, train staff to improve their tasting skills, helping them connect with customers, build relationships and deal with everything from quality control to customer complaints.
