Bob Floyd

Bob has been homebrewing for over a decade and hosting beer tastings almost that long. In 2015 he joined Scarborough Renaissance Festival as a beer consultant for the bar and as the host/manager of Seamus’ Beer Tasting. He handles all the creative aspects of the tasting including weekend themes, selecting menus, staffing, and hosting. His goals for the show are for each patron to not just enjoy a beer that might be new to them, but to leave understanding how to truly taste that beer, not just drink it, and to take with them some knowledge of the history and brewing of the style. Through his own company, Two Penny Beer, Bob offers professional services including beer education, menu curation, beer and food pairing consultation, and private tastings.
