Currently looking for a brewery job and/or a cicerone or brewer to apprentice under. I have always had an appreciation for good beer, but my love for craft beer started in early 2016. I worked at the craft beer stall during the Disneyland Food and Wine Festival and was amazed at the near limitless combinations of flavors, not just across different styles, but within a single style as well. My enthusiasm for the beers was noticed by my managers and earned me a promotion to supervising a permanent beer bar in Disney California Adventure. My favorite styles are Premium Czech Lagers, Dubbel, Gose, Wee Heavy, and Stouts.
