In addition to being an Advanced Cicerone, I hold certification as a BJCP Grandmaster Judge with a mead certification. I enjoy training local bar and brewery staff on beer serving, beer styles, as well as holding off flavor classes. I hold numerous educational classes throughout the Long Island region on a variety of topics and have a firm background of brewing process and ingredients. Additionally, I am available for mead judge training and mead making seminars.
