Tasting With Cicerone: Advanced Beer Sensory Workshop

This immersive, interactive sensory workshop is an essential course for those preparing for the Advanced Cicerone tasting exam and is also a great way to help brewers, beer judges, and other beer professionals develop their palates and become better beer tasters. In this half-day class, a Master Cicerone will guide you through multiple tastings and sensory activities including exercises covering flavor descriptor development, style discrimination strategies, and identification of 12 different off-flavors. Attendees will also practice blind tasting exercises and learn ways to continue practicing their tasting skills at home.
